To use Agentik, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Agentik to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Spread misinformation or fake news
- Engage in spam or automated abuse
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create using Agentik. However, you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide our services. AI-generated content is provided for your use, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before publication.
6. API Keys and Third-Party Services
When using BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of those third-party AI providers. We securely store your API keys but are not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party accounts.
7. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Agentik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
